How can we homeschool our children? It is the most frequently asked question.
Firstly, homeschooling is not just about studying, there are many more things to it.
We are also trying to include many activities in our child’s life and understand what he or she enjoys doing and what he or she wishes to do in the future. While exploring these activities, we saw our children making friends. They make many friends in different fields. Their network group eventually strengthens.
Many of us need to understand that children need to be allowed to contact all their friends here. There should be other options than phone or internet. Parents also need to participate in social services like clothes donation, monthly rations/groceries or educating toddlers to preschoolers by their children. Kids learn to be generous and appreciate what they have. Eventually they become more appreciative of everything around them.
Children need to be taught what is right and wrong choice with examples and reflection in our own lives or people around us. There are many competitions or participations that happen which enhance people skills in children up to the age of teenagers. Those can also be taken up.
